We always had the vision to transform the face of the bottle cap manufacturing industry and transform the product packaging experience across all industries. As a result within two years of incorporation, we have crossed hundred of milestones despite two major cross-country lockdowns.

We’ve grown into a large scale entity with a larger manufacturing unit and better marketing & distribution networks. As of January 2022, we are providing 50+ different types of caps and closure solutions to hundreds of industrial clients and growing our scope of operations everyday.

It is the vision of Tyro Industries to transform product packaging solutions all over the world. Tyro is a recognised cap manufacturing unit owner of Gujarat. We are beginning the revolution by operating majorly in the central & western regions of India and readily providing top-notch bottle caps & closure manufacturing solutions to our clients. In the near future, we aspire to expand and finesse our operations as well as our distribution channels so that we may flawlessly deliver our benchmark bottle cap designing, customisation and production services on a national and international scale.

We are here to redefine bottle packaging solutions in terms of sustainability, cost-affordability and quality. With a streamlined production process, we have devised ways to reduce our carbon footprints on the environment. We are on a journey to start collaborating with industrial leaders, who can help us bring about the change that we want to execute in the packaging industry.

We started in August 2020 with just one machine and three moulds. Today, we are proud to say that slowly and gradually we have incorporated 4 I.M machines and more than 100 moulds.

Our team comprises of industry specialists with more than 18 years of experience. We have shown competence in manufacturing masterpiece caps & closures through Injection Moulding methods. We are experts in material handling, end-of-line sales as well as and line-engineering solutions in the cap-manufacturing industry.

Our team comprises of forward-thinkers who are focused on building a ‘Factory of the Future’, equipped with the latest technologies. Our broad market knowledge and expertise combined with continuous quality improvement have made us the industry leader in a very small time of our incorporation.
